So today is my moms 48th birthday. In 2008 she passed away due to breast cancer. Ever since she has been in our presence even without her being here. We see her walking down the hallways and ringing doorbells. We also see her special lighthouse only lighting up on rare occasions. I think about her all the time. I think about all the love and laughs we shared when I was little. I will cherish those memories forever, whether they were bad, sad, or happy. She had the most amazing laugh that I hear in my head every day. Her smile could light up the whole room. These are just some of the many great things about Monica Marshall Welborn. I have taken my salvation so I know that I will be with my mom when I die. I will pass and right when I get to heaven my mom will be there at the gates with her arms spread wide and say Hey Honey!!! Today I will not cry, I will keep a smile on my face 24/7, just like my mom did. I just pray I can get a reading one day from Theresa Caputo! That is my dream that I can communicate with my mom through her! (If youve never heard of her, Google her cause she is amazing!) have a great day up there mom! Love you!!
