So today marks 1 month since I quit smoking cold turkey!!! For those of you who are interested, I did some math. :) That is 28 full 24 hour days. Which is 672 hours. That is at a minimum 28 packs of cigarettes I have not smoked which is 560 cigarettes that never met my lungs. That is 170 dollars I havent speant on Cancer in a Box. Of course those numbers are me being conservative. With the stress that came with my chosen profession I could easily hit 2 packs a day if I wanted so I could double those numbers. I tried all sorts of quit aids. Spent countless dollars on them. When the whole time the most effective method available was totally free. The method? Simply stopping. :)
