So todays journey goes like this, Walk to town to visit inland revenue, its gone. Just gone. So went to the post office, They didnt have a clue what I meant, awesome in itself I know, so I walked home, Got the phone called IRS became self employed. Then called JCP to start an income support claim, since im on a low wage. was told that I couldnt do this and was passed a new number for Personal Independant payments, called them made a claim, up to a month to process. Then called working tax credits, spent 10 minutes there and sorted, gotta wait 2 weeks. Then called JCP to discuss my self employed status and what I can apply for since I am on a low wage starting a new business. They told me I couldnt get anything but Job seekers allowance, So I went online and filled in the form, I had to do it twice because having a son is complicated as hell, they dont allow for him since someone else gets his child benefit. After waiting on the phone to them for 30 mins or so. I gave up and filled the form in without my son attached. Now I have to wait for a call from a bunch of people I now have to convice I am looking for work but wont be taking any of their shit jobs since im looking for my own. Wish me luck , im going for a lie down.
