So todays workout surprised me: Was able to grab the bottom of my feet with both hands and touch my head to my knee. I thought I broke myself there for a second. Did a 5k run in 25min. (compared to my 13-15min. 1 mile when I started back) The fact that I had energy to spare after the run, and did my upper body workout right afterwards. (was not thinking I was going to do that today) 6 months ago, old me wouldnt of been able to do this. Prepare the 5k fun runs! Their new king is coming.
