So tonight, I am a bit overwhelmed at reality:) My mom is weaker than I have seen her in many years! She is tired and told me today, she is ready to go home. I knew an amazing physician once and he told me that he could compete with the very best doctors; however, when his patient wanted to be with God, he could not compete: I understood that statement so clearly today~~~ My journey with my mom, has not always been easy. I spent so many nights with one of my best friends Twyla, that I actually lived at her home without much notice; but, I have always known that my mom loved me with all that she knew and I hope at the end of my journey that my sons can say the same!!! I pray for her tonight to sleep well and who knows, for those of you who know Billie:)) She may be up and running once again!!! I believe in prayer and I so thank all of you for your prayers for my mom!!!
