So tonight it was minus f**righting outside (coldest I saw on my phone was -28 feels like -49)... it sucked but there was a new nreakfast cook at camp this morning, and I gotta say the man is a master! The scrambled eggs were not runny, the tater-tot hashbrowns were just the right crispyness, the bacon was the perfect blend of crunchy and chewy in every piece and he made CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES!!! My inner child was grinning from ear to ear with each delectable morsel of food that entered my mouth, SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! None of the stupidity of the night even entered my mind as I chewed upon that wonderful feast of tasteless, who would have thought that such a breakfast could put me into a Zen-like state... And now sleep, with a satisfied inner child and a belly full of deliciousness :-)
