So, traveling up Route 119 today near Stumptown, I noticed the signs for the villages of Paradise, Panic and Desire and it got me thinking (I know, scary concept) of the process of how we want and acquire things. First, we desire something, then panic about how we are to get it, and eventually, when finally securing said item, we experience a form of euphoria, or paradise. Yes, these are the mind bending tricks I do when traveling that keep my eyes open and the car on the road.
