So, upon following my excitement, it led me to a little metaphysical bookshop here in Oakland called Angel Light Books on MLK... Me and the adorable little asian woman were geeking out on tarot talk, crystal knowledge and all sorts of things then I asked her what her sign was. Im a cancer, sagitarius rising I got very excited because I myself am a cancer with sagitarius rising. I have secretly been on a mission to find another person with cancer, sag rising, moon in libra like myself since I was about 15 years old. To all of you that have no clue, about me and my sign fetish, well its healthy and strong. I asked her what her moon is, she responds Libra SHUT UP!!! ME TOO!!!! we were both dumbfounded. Jaws dropped, on floor. Apparently shes been looking for the same for many years as well. She said that her interest in metaphysics started with astrology and tarot (Me too!!) We spoke about many different things. I mentioned I have been working in restaurants for a long time and she says Me too! Heres my cookbook with pictures of my old restaurant/healing center I was having so much fun talking to her. so sweet. I was heading out and started looking at Doreen Virtues wide selection of Tarot cards and noticed a section on Unicorns Valencia (her name) looks over my shoulders and says Oh, you like unicorns too? Theyre making a comeback you know. My heart chuckled in so many amazing ways. So anyways, if you are looking for great gifts and spiriutal whatnots (great prices on crystals too!)
