So very frustrated. Had to do a loan modification for my mortgage this past March. Started in October of last year trying to get everything done. I was told by a rep at the company that it would be no problem and they could even reduce my % rate. As of today I am still trying to see why I am not getting statements....why the loan modification has not been completed....why they will not respond to my many calls this week. Now (through an email last week) I am being told that I owe an extra $700 in fees and that until that is paid the loan modification can not be completed. COME ON!!! This is why I have been calling and emailing all week long. I am on hold with my loan company and what do I hear on the recording while on hold??? do you think it would be music or an advertisement for that company....NO - I hear how to set my remote control for dish UGH! Oh - and by the way the loan modification papers that we signed in May were lost...we resigned in June and they misplaced them until late August. Yay....I need more stress in my life.
