So we go to a cat adoption fair at the local PetSmart, and bring along our dog Meister to try to get a feel for which cats he may get along with better than others. Immediately we get this vibe from the foster mommies, murmuring, why did they bring HIM here? Hes too yippy, hes too old. We foolishly said that wed make her an indoor-outdoor cat and they were aghast! We were clearly not their kind of people. I felt like we were speaking with the ladies auxiliary of River City, Iowa! Oh, dear! I couldnt POSSIBLY allow her to live in such an environment! THESE are the types of women that give rise to offensive stereotypes! GMAFB!
