So we have had a couple of what we call Ross situations For this reason Ship Shape Tanning is offering 1/2 priced session packages until we get the glitch fixed, since the voice instructions in our brand new Norvell Sunless Auto Revolution Plus, has an occasional glitch & once in a great while it doesnt tell the client to raise their arm or turn around. It is quite rare, & we can fix any mistakes with an airbrush if it does happen (or have you wash off & start over). The Norvell team is working frantically to fix the problem. We have done business with them for 12 years & they have always stood behind their products & equipment, so we know it will be fixed one way or another. In the meantime the client wins with 1/2 priced packages! Sessions do not expire until used, so even after the machine is fixed, you will be able to use your discounted sessions Might as well stock up now, while the price is LOW, as this machine really does give a great spray tan! The catch is: If you use it before it is fixed, we ask that you listen carefully to our instructions. We will walk you through every move the machine will make & every move you should make (only 4 positions, so it is easy). There is also a poster on the wall as a reminder of the positions. We just dont want you to rely on the machines voice & miss an important step.
