So we went to Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar for lunch today. The food was wonderful. However, the waiter tried to convince me their fries were gf when they do not use a dedicated fryer. I tried to explain that once they cook any gluten product in the same oil the fries are no longer gf. He just kept arguing with me, telling me that they are fine and he has not had any one complain. I finally gave up and I will talk with the manager about the fries. I just dont want anyone getting them thinking they are ok because the waiter just doesnt get it.
