Long run this am was all ready to go dressed accordingly plenty of water ready to go.. ran my run was on the way home 400 meters to almost home and fell down by the rail road tracks pretty bad road rash was bleeding pretty good when I got home.. noticed the hubby overslept, woke him up he looks at me and asks what is wrong and I told him what happened.. what does Mr Trent dight say should I call the rail road and repair the tracks.. our thats my hubby no sympathy here..lol luv that man...
