So what does it take to get a speed bump put up in this town? The stretch of Pine just west of James - where its SUPPOSED to be 25 - is ridiculous. I dont know why people have to floor it once they turn onto Pine, but they do. And they dont slow down from the other direction either. I wrote a letter to the City Council via Stu, and he told me that he doesnt believe in speed bumps on busy streets. Huh? How about streets that are SUPPOSED to be residential?
