So whats all thus running about? This is my constant inner dialogue.....today in Tesco the GMB (of his reins) legged it good and proper....arms in the air shrieking...I had to test my new talents as a Novice runner, this was not a straight run but also a dodge round trolleys ... Past the self service check outs, round the flowers and he excellerated one last time before he turned to check where I was...a moment for me to grab and lunge and control the little tare away......THAT IS WHY I AM GETTING FiT!....... Also Im doing a sort of marathon in September....eek...our whole house us on keep fit/ life change....all to keep up with the small mastermind...
