So when I ordered my tv service with you guys I said I did not want to getting service from you since the package I wanted didnt have AMC. He specifically told me I could purchase the that channel alone for a dollar or two extra. I just called to try and do that and was told I had to go to the next package if I wanted to have AMC. This is ridiculous and unacceptable, I was LIED to in order to get my service from you guys. Should I start looking for another service provider or can I get help here? And upgrading my package isnt an option.
