So while all of Australia is focused on Sydney where nobody has been harmed, the hostage holder has been walking back and forth in front of windows, no hostages in the way but hasnt been taken out by the hundreds of police in the area.... The treasurer delivers his budget speech which announces dramatic cuts to welfare, education, pensions and a budget blowout of another 40 Billion but .... look....panic....terrorist attack!!!
