So, worry not friends. My lack of workout posts lately are not due to falling off the wagon. I had no regular workouts at SUUSI, but I walked a lot, walked the disc golf course twice, went geocaching, and went canoeing. My goal was to stay stable. Monday morning I worked our, felt great, and had gained a bit. Travelled Wednesday, so worked out Thursday. Lost a good bit. Worked out this morning and lost a bit more. Now at 80% of goal.
