So, x shows up he see the hole under the fence he though the dog dug, only ther is noclaw marks. The dogg lives in the house alone. John arives at 6:30 every morning on his bicicle, he come by way of 13th street. He lets the dog out and open the gate to the fence that seperates th Victorian Property facing st james stret and the dog runs barking in circles in the back two yards. Then he locks it in the front yard and the dog terrorizes everyone that goes by. It barks constantly at the people who live in he rooming house at 13th and saint James. he has terrorized them for years. I am sure that it was not Linda and Horace who terrorized him, it was the other way around. he had giant vodo dolls facing the yards when I moved in and removed them recently. They were there when they surveyed and may be online in that google maps or the earlier one.
