So yall know I just didnt go find some hair, any ole hair, and start selling it, right? I mean you know somehow, some way, I was going to have to ensure that this hair would be the absolute best hair for our women. Well I did just that! Aside from the quality of the craftsmanship, I really found hair that was more reflective of our own hair when straightened. Filipino hair is an amalgamation of centuries of race mixing that were familiar with in our Dominican, Brazilian, and Puerto Rican brothers and sisters. Some may ask, how in the world did Africans start mixing with people in the Philippines hundreds of years ago? I too had the same question. So I did some research and learned that Africans, like pretty much everywhere else, were the first inhabitants of The Philippines! The Aeta people are indigenous people who now live largely in mountain areas in The Philippines. They have skin like ours and hair like ours. The Spanish colonizers classified them as Negritos because of their smaller frames and obvious African similarities, so they are often referred to as this term. You can google all about the Aeta (pronounced eye-ta) people and learn about the beautiful culture that is still present in Philippines (you know they can sang!!!). You can also rest assured that when I am promoting this hair as more reflective of hair like ours, I am telling the whole and not the half of it!! This is the #MADALI difference! Thats why our kinky is the best kinky!! Yes even for the naturalistas we have the best product for you!!! The truth is in the tresses!!! #thetruthisinthetresses #nextbigthinginhairisMADALI #MADALIFilipino See for yourself at madalihair
