So yesterday Chevy was really really wanting to get out of the house, so we took him to my dads since Jason had to help my dad out with a few things. We loaded him and his wheelchair, took Tayte Kelly and headed over there. He had a blast. When he got there Tayte Kelly pushed Chevy around on the creeper, then they had chair race with there hands. Tayte Kelly took Chevy out side and pushed/ran him around so he could get some fresh air. He even did a donut for Chevy. It was so great to see my little guy be such a good little brother to his big brother. They are always so mean to each other it was awesome to see that when they need each other they are there for each other. Chevy even did a lot of stand took a few steps with help of course. Papa Goofy even gave Chevy a job of painting. Also last night was the last time Chevy took any pain meds. Im so happy to see that he is most likely done with those. Now I am in the process of fighting the insurance company to take back this wheelchair and give me some crutches (sp). They dont want to give me any. So while Im fighting them on that I am going to be looking around at Goodwill for a kid size pair.
