So yesterday I was unable to log in to the computer system at work. After a call to the help desk this was resolved with a new password - but later on I found all my saved documents had vanished, my e-mails gone and my links had disappeared too. Another very testy call to help desk was made! They were to resolve this issue asap - I needed all that info! So didnt I feel a wally, when getting ready for work this morning - I suddenly remembered that yesterday I had been using my e-mail number as opposed to my log in number!
