So yesterday as we were headed out on a feed run, I noticed my floor jack was in the back of the pickup. I asked Ben if he put it there. Ben: Oh I was just trying to put the hub cap back on the trailer that you forgot. Me: Really? Did you get it? Ben: Yes Me: You jacked the trailer up, took the tire off, put the cap back on, and then put the tire back on? Did you tighten the nuts? Ben: Yes At least a month ago he watched while I changed a flat tire on the livestock trailer. He seemed interested so I explained everything to him as I went. Showed him the axle and how the axle had to match up just right with the jack. How to turn the handle CW to lock the jack and CCW to release it. I looked at it this am and he did it, nuts were even fairly tight. How great is that???!???!!!
