So yesterday was the follow up to my physical that I had a month ago. So she tells me that my A1c level is slightly high and for all that dont know diabetes runs HEAVY in my family. The normal range is 4.8-5.6 well mine was 5.8. So that number just makes me push harder, it makes me eat even better, and stay focused because I need to go back and it to be normal NOT slightly higher. They will retest me in 3 months.
