So you know I didnt forget about it ~ Stuffing recipes here!!! Mine is: 2 Boxes Uncle Bens Long Grain & Wild Rice (original recipe) Cooked as directed on box. 2 rolls Sausage - Sage or Regular (or lite, if preferred) I cook them and then drain & rinse the fat off. 2 cups each celery and onion - sauteed in 2 sticks of butter til soft. Add together. Add 2 boxes regular stuffing mix - I like Pepperidge Farms Herb - but Mrs. Cubbisons is fine, too. Add organic chicken broth til desired wetness - I usually do one and a half boxes from Trader Joes. Spoon into a large, rectangular roasting dish, top with soft butter (smooth a thin layer across the top) Cook at 350 degrees for about 45 - 60 minutes or until the top is crispy and brown. If it gets brown too fast, or if youre rewarming on Thanksgiving, cover with foil. Feel free to post your recipes here! xo and Happy Thanksgiving, my babies. L
