So you want to make your own healthy meal? .... Here is what you need, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup boiled cabbage, 1/4 cup of tuna, 1/4 cup of roasted cashews, 1/2 cup of cooked lentils, 2 eggs, 3 oz of tofu, 3oz of cooked crab, 8oz of carrot juice, 5.5oz steak, 1/2 cup of cooked soy beans, 1 avacado, 3oz of cooked liver... you can eat this one by one, or add 8 0z of water to make a shake. your body gets what it needs but bad news is its expensive, high in calories and fat oo and taste?! yuck Or you can enjoy an 8oz yummy shake in 7 different flavours.... Hmmm thats my choice, twice a day anyway the third meal just make it healthy with traditional food, simple! My body gets what it needs, low cost, low calorie and tastes lush.
