Social Security CCT community partners are encouraged to avail of health and life insurance plans to reduce their financial vulnerability in times of prolonged illness, disability, and death. A month-long awareness campaign is held yearly to explain the importance of life insurance and to enroll community partners in the program. CCT has formal partnerships with a life insurance company, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, and the National Statistics Office to be able to provide residents of poor communities with social security benefits.
