Social Worker – Hospital Discharge, Cambridge/Newmarket Our client currently has a locum job vacancy for a social worker to work within a hospital discharge team based in Cambridge or Newmarket. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £28 per hour (limited company worker). Duties include: - Completing assessments - Assisting in the hospital discharge process - Identifying and meeting the needs of service users Requirements: To be eligible for this role, all applicants must have a degree (or similar) within social work and be registered with the HCPC. You must also have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
