Soft music for a moment of meditation As i read my book to meditate on life I dicover the true meaning of getting humble- humility its as important as find ing water and food is to us, if we truly what to be free we will take a good look at where we are in our life and become willing to change our coarse if life when I admitted this I then can achieve a glimpse if humility and this then is applied because u can approach God with all his power to ask for freedom to live with limitations of NY past.
