Soldiers March On! GYM time! BACK DAY! Soldiers take notes . Remember everything I am teaching you is in a pyramid system for Guys for girls you will cut the routine in half and double up on the cardiovascular. 1) Pull ups! 3 sets i usually do 25 (Fitness tip) use the assisted pull up machine until you are strong enough to fly solo! 2) dumbbell rows: 3 sets 12,10,8 1st set med heavy weight for 12. 2nd set heavy weight for 10 3rd set 8 reps at a really heavy weight 3) seated cable row: same concept 4) reverse flies same concept. Finish off with 30 min cardio for guys , girls 60 min (imcrease cardio for fat burning ) Or if you are a hard gainer skip cardio and do 15 min of stretching for a cool down. If you want that nice V shape follow this routine. I cannot express enough how important it is to love yourself and live a healthy and fit lifestyle. Love yourself enough to make time to exercise and eat right. Your body is your temple, why would you not want it to be the best it can be we live inside it after all.
