Solicitor General, Eleanor Donaldson- Honeywell, SC, resigns MEDIA RELEASE The Ministry of the Attorney General wishes to announce the resignation of the Solicitor General, Mrs. Eleanor Donaldson- Honeywell, SC, with effect from 14th January, 2014. Her resignation does not come as a complete surprise as she had previously signalled her desire to leave. The Attorney General had, however, asked Mrs. Donaldson-Honeywell, SC, to defer her decision as he felt her support and assistance was required to strengthen the Department. The Attorney General wishes to thank Mrs. Donaldson- Honeywell, SC, for the yeoman service rendered to the State and the country. She has performed her duties in a competent, professional and dignified manner and will be sorely missed. He also wishes to personally thank her for staying on, as her presence had a stabalising effect and contributed significantly to the growth and development of the Ministry.
