Somalia: Firing Squad Executes Al Shabaab Members Federal Government of Somalias military court has executed three alleged Al Shabaab members at police academy in Mogadishu on Sunday, Garowe Online reports. Hassan Muhiyadin whose car was used for raid on the heavily fortified compound of Villa Somalia in July and Adan Mohamed and Bashir Hassan-two men who were convicted of killing accountant working for Ministry of Finance were executed by firing squad. Speaking to reporters on the spot, Tuuryare said: we have done our duty, referring to the charges of murder by Al Shabaab members.
