Somayya Langry Slms Nanima and friends. Maaf for posting so early. I have a problem and need some assistance. I live in a flat in Phoenix, that is run by a body corporate and managing agent. The managing agent that we have currently has not been tending to complains (except for those that are his friends) or doing necessary repairs. The only thing he does is cut the grass on the property. His excuse is that theres a lot of levies that are outstanding. We want him replaced but his friends are threatening everyone. They say that he can sue every1 who stands against him. Is there any1 out here who can help me? Majority of the residents have become tired of his favoritism. JIA
