Somber. Bittersweet. Today we laid down to rest in heavenly peace, Dad Duran. :( Absolute beautiful memorial. 21 gun salute. Marine corp. Love. Honor. Respect. Sadness. Ms. Francesca and I were very fortunate to have met you Dad Duran. We know you were watching everyone at the services last night and today. Francesca confirmed your presence. Today is Grandma Padillas 94th birthday. She buried her oldest son today. :( No mother on earth should have to do that, let alone on her birthday. Only God knows why. Only God. I believe in the afterlife. I believe that Hell is something we carry around with us here on earth and that when we die we go to heaven. The following pictures is of our beautiful daughter Ms. Francesca Mischa wearing her carnation as we buried her grandfather Duran, all of his grandchildren and great grandchildren wore them. And then Ms. Francesca Mischas great grandmother Padilla, as we all sung Happy Birthday to her during the funeral reception of her eldest son, Dad James Duran. And then Ms. Francesca Mischa and her great grandmother Padilla con cariño. Bittersweet. Amongst so many other emotions on this day. God is amazing and what waits us when we have completed our journey here on Earth is far beyond our imagination and so worth the suffering we do in this life. This life is nothing compared to what awaits us. That alone I believe in and that alone is good enough for me to continue this journey, it should be for all of us. God is a great God and He alone is amazing. ♡ Rest in Peace Dad, Grandpa Duran. Happy 94th Birthday Grandma, Great grandma Padilla. ♡
