Some Advice #Tip: If you are interested in retail positions, permanent or casual, opportunities are not necessarily posted in the media or websites. I know you are Restricted, NO Funds to do this or don’t have matric or don’t have experience, however tough situations call for urgent measures, need to take out all stops. Take a walk to the main road, in your area where there are shops or a mall, pop in and speak to a Supervisor or Manager Enquire if there are any opportunities or how can you be shortlisted. Don’t tell them your sad story, tell them how ready you are to be part of the job market and your experience. Ask your friends or family when they go for shopping to check the windows for job opportunities. No need to be shy or think this is beneath you, if retail is where you want to be, there is no room to be shy. Yes its not always so easy, however with the right Attitude you can land a job. We find it easier to email or cv’s however we need to get out there. If you done this before, do it again, perhaps someone left the company or on maternity and a position is available now. #KeepMovingForward Admin Team :)
