Some Useful Service Matters As per Rule 19 in G.O.Ms.No. 221, Edn, Dt: 16-07-1994 the Apprentice Period shall count for promotion. Donot Reject any leave without reason as per Govt. Memo No. 16808/0695/FR-1-165-1(F), Dt: 12-05-1965. Right to which leave Avail of concerned employee only, not decide the officer as per Fundamental Rule 67. 30 Days ELs credited per year for Permanent Employee, 06 Days ELs credited per year for Vacation Department (Teachers) Employees. (As per AP Leave Rule No. 08 & 17). Twenty Days (20) Half Pay Leaves will be credited per year for Permanent Employees as per AP Leave Rule No. 13 & 18). Duty Period will count for Increment as per FR 26. All types of leave period except E.O.L. is count for Increment as per FR 26 (b) (1). Commuted Leave Sanctioned as per AP Leave Rule No. 15(B) & 18(B). Leave Not Due Sanctioned as per AP Leave Rule No. 15(C)& 18(C) and FR (81). E.O.L. Sanctioned as per AP Leave Rule No. 16 & 19. Maternity Leave Sanctioned as per FR 101. Study Leave Sanctioned as per FR 84. Special Disability Leave Sanctioned as per FR 83. Hospital Leave Sanctioned as per FR 101(B). As per G.O.Ms.No. 50, PR, Dt: 01-02-1968 & G.O.Ms.No. 35, Edn., Dt: 16-01-1981 C.C.L. Sanctioned is C.L. Sanctioning Authority. But Attested by Gazetted Officer in Dependent Certificate. 40% PHC Candidates are eligible to PHC Allowance as per G.O.Ms.No. 262, Fin. & Plang., Dt:25-08-1980, and G.O.Ms.No. 264, Fin. & Plang., Dt: 13-12-1981. Intermediate Examinations in vacation period attended teachers are eligible to get PPLs as per G.O.Ms.No. 151, Edn (ser) Dept., Dt: 14-11-2000. Service Regularization, Probation Declaration competent authority is Fist Appointment Authority Only. Different Subject Teachers Joined in service on same date, the seniority will be count as per Date of Birth as per AP State and Sub-ordinate Service Rules 34, 36. Same subject school assistant seniority will be count as per DSC Merit-cum-roster as per A.P. Sub-ordinate Service Rule 33(b). Types of Pension: (1) Superannuation Pension (Pension Rule 33,42). Of The Director of Public Instruction, A.P.::HYDERABAD, R.C.No. 10324/E4-2/69, Dated 7-11-1969). Govt. will be sanctioned Premature Increment at the time of Special Period as per FR 27. Upto Rs. 5000/- Revenue Stamp are not necessary as per G.O.Ms.No. 110, Fin., Dt:26/04/2010. Consult Department should supply of Text Books as per C & DSC Rc.No. 96/T-3/2002, Dt: 26/05/2004. Temporary Employees are eligible of Medical Leave as per APLR – 1933 rule-23 a (i). Old Post Pay Protected of selected another post of employee through APPSC as per FR 22 (a) (iv), & G.O.Ms.No. 297, Fin., Dt: 14-10-1996.
