Chakravarthi with family funding and is being run on cash flow, bizsol was planned in 2009, development started in Jan 2011, Reached beta stage on Aug 2013 with 50 Modules which can Automate your day to day business operations. We took these simple path to cut the cost, yet we enjoyed this journey. - Moved to Madurai 500km away from Chennai to start bizsol so that we can offer ERP / CRM at the price any Small and Mid-size companies can afford. - We used Ubuntu to replace Windows, Aptana to replace Dreamweaver yet we moved to Mac for Photoshop and Multimedia works that was bit expensive. - No fancy office, A simple aircondictioned rooms with tables and chairs. - No Managers, everyone manages their own work. - Office is reachable within 10-15mins from anywhere inside Madurai. - No network engineers cause we use simple broadband if that goes off we stream 3G data via WiFi using our mobile devices. - Used our existing resource to maintain the bizsol servers. - The office is surrounded by 12 huge trees that kept us cool and allowed us to keep the AC temp not below 25c - Yet the unexpected investment on power backup costed us alot, since everyone in TamilNadu faced power shortage from 8hrs to 15hrs per day from 2011 to 2012. - No expensive coffee shops, the best coffee in the town is just Rs.15 and vada for Rs.5, tastier than the Rs.200 coffee.
