Some concepts need to be addressed and re-addressed in this group. I wanted to talk for a sec about the term Racism and the concept of Reverse Racism. Racism requires a power structure to navigate within. So in the United States whites cannot be victims of racism . Targets of racial prejudice and at times discrimination yes, but not racism. Racism requires discrimination and institutionalization of this discrimination which is then perpetuated in society. Reverse racism is a myth and it is often a tell for a racist argument or statement.
