Some conservatives are saying that all they will read it the Scripture and the Spirit of Prophecy. But this is a great mistake and a sign of pride. The Almighty has given us all various talents to share His truth with each other. If we despise His messengers of truth we are despising Him. These conservatives dont realize that many are deceived by their own vain opinion (Ecclesiasticus 3:24). So if all they are doing is studying alone, thinking that everyone else who speaks and writes wrong, they are liable to be deceived by their own vain opinion in doctrinal matters. Therefore, let us not ignore or despise the messengers that are sent to us, but thoroughly investigate what they present, to see if it is so according to Holy Writ.
