Some day we each will die and stand before God to give an account of our lives - and if we have ignored God and turned away from His offer of salvation, we can only expect His judgment. The Bible is clear: "Man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment" (Hebrews 9:27) Those are sobering words that we ignore at our peril. But the Bible warns us that God also brings judgment upon us in this life. The Bible says, " You may be sure that your sin will find you out" ( Numbers 32:23) For it is time for judgment to begin with the family of God, and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God? 1 Peter 4:17
