Some days, you just seem to have an idiot problem. Performed some armorer work (parts swapping, not much gunsmithing involved) today on a Stevens Model 87A and halfway through the project was having issues with the bolt and lifter timing. I could feel Keith Gipson breathing down my neck and watching me from 2,100 miles away as I sat there staring at the action for about ten minutes. Then the light bulbs went on and I realized I had bent the lifter stop. Bend over and take your kick in the pants...#stophammertime
