Some drivers should not have licences. This morning in Woolies carpark a woman back her car out of the parking space then had to sit there and wait for the car in front of her to move on, then another woman backed out her car and ran into the first womans car. then she said that the other woman must have seen her. Sure she saw her, she tooted the horn but there was nowhere for her to go to get out of the way. Damage was minor but should not have happened. The second woman denied having heard the car horn, funny that several people looked around when the horn tooted.
