Tomato basil soup, fresh tomato juice, pizza with everything from my garden, and stuffed portabella caps with tomatoes, garlic, peppers with fresh mozzarella. Dessert was apple crisp with apples from my trees. Does anyone know what kind of squash these are? I planted them but honestly never saw squash like these before. They get huge, and left long enough turn dark green. And I would truly like to know. They were the size of small watermelons if I picked them dark green!
