Some fella somewea has never picked his CPE certificate since 1965?wait a minute, is this 2 years after independence! now the govt calls that a student who shud b given his cert to begin applying for jobs. Note that am not against the issuing of these certificates, am not a headmistress neither do i deputize one. But look here, there r guys who will come driving Mercedes Benz to collect theirs, on the other side there r those very needy cases. Kindly involve the chief and the area pastor to identify those from very poor backgrounds and cannot raise the fee bal.
