Some good tips on how to stay motivated to reach your fitness goals! 1. Stay positive, think of all the Health reasons to why its important to do this. 2. Set your realistic goals 3. Try new exercises, same exercises wont change you. 4. Challenge yourself, remember if its doesnt challenge you, it wont change you 5. Ask a friend to join you, motivate each other 6. Track your progress, take a before picture every month. 7. Educate yourself on nutrition and labels. Create a lifestyle change in your kitchen. Keep in mind you can ruin your workout with just one meal. 8. Get a good night sleep, its important to recharge your batteries 9. Have a support system, there will be days that you will think I cant do this. 10. Have fun it!
