Some group fitness schedule updates: Wednesdays 5:45am No Limits Circuit will be taught by Heidi B. through the rest of the summer schedule. Wednesdays 9:30am Strictly Strength will be taught by Jill S. through the rest of the summer schedule, effective August 20th Wednesdays 12:00pm Cycle Sculpt has been canceled effective immediately due to low class attendance. Thursdays 5:45am Studio Cycle will be taught by Jody Q. through the rest of the summer schedule. New fall schedule is coming soon - more information to come shortly.
