Some hierarchical cultures, communities and even places of work rigidly enforce that people conform, play certain or different roles throughout their whole lifes. Some men and women were rarely given any choices or hope, they were kept in place using lies and deceptions, hypocritical rules, fear, disproportionate punishments, unearned guilt, ridicule and so called family, community or personal reputation, honour or respectability. Some have had to live their dreams through their children and grandchildren, when and if the rules ever finally relaxed. So I conclude in my humble opinion, that your self worth is within and will rarely be found in the opinions of others. Any Loss of Free Movement, Thinking and Emotion, usually means that youre being Restricted. Any Restrictions naturally Stifles the Real You.
