Schedule – Friday Open Practice This session is controlled by Birmingham BMX Club and will cost all participants £3.00, to be paid in reception – All participants will be given a wristband which must be worn at all times. All participants must be entered into the event. 2pm to 2.55pm 12 & Under 3pm to 3.55pm 13 & Over Inc Championship Women 4pm to 4.55pm Track Closed 5pm to 5.55pm 12 & Under 6pm to 6.55pm 13 & Over Inc Championship Women 7pm to 7.55pm Elite and Championship Men Schedule - Saturday Practice – Regional plates are not required to access open practice: Group 1 (Male 11-16, Female 13-16) 9:30am until 9:55am Group 2 (Male 17 & over, Female 17 & over) 10am until 10:25am Group 3 (Male 6-10, female 6-12) 10:30am until 10:55am Group 4 (All Cruisers) 11am until 11:25am Gate Practice - Regional plates are required to access gate practice: Group 1 (Male 11-16, Female 13-16) 11:30am until 12:20pm Group 2 (Male 17 & over, Female 17 & over) 12:25pm until 1:15pm Group 3 (Male 6-10, female 6-12) 1:20pm until 2:10pm Group 4 (All Cruisers) 2:15pm until 2.55pm Racing Male 6 & Under, Male 7, Male 8, Female 6 & under, Female 7-8 and all Cruisers Motos 3:10pm Quarter/Semi Finals * 4.45pm Finals * 5.30pm BMX Series Presentation 7pm – 9pm The presentation for the Brits finalists will be straight after racing. The Series presentation will commence at 7pm. The top 8 ranked riders from the British BMX Series will be presented with a trophy on the main presentation stage. Any rider ranked 9-16 in the 12 and under 20” categories can collect their trophy during the presentation and not before. For trophy collection details, listen out for announcements on Saturday. Sunday Warm Up Warm Up With gates Male 9-15 years, Female 9-16 years 8.30am until 8.55am Male 16 and over, Female 17 and over 9am until 9.25am Championship Men & Elite Men 9.30am until 9.45am Sunday Racing Motos 10am Quarter Finals * 2pm Semi Finals * 2.45pm Finals * 3.45pm Target completion * 5pm Trophy presentation Straight after racing * Times may vary – please listen to announcements from the Commentators. Please Note: Schedules: especially on Sunday racing will be run with minimum delay - it is the rider‟s responsibility to listen to commentary for the start of the next round of racing. Outside these specified practice and race times the track will be closed. Marshals and First Aid will not be available outside of these times. Riders/Parents/Team Managers take full responsibility for any incidents that may occur.
