Some kind words for our Bridgend store I feel I must write to you to express my thanks for the way that your Staff conduct themselves at your Outlet Store at Bridgend. On Saturday last I was served by a lady called Ceri who was very helpful and effficient. She obviously had her finger on the pulse and knew instantly what was boxed and what needed packing. What was evident to me was the friendly way that all the Staff greeted anyone entering the shop. It was a joy to see and is a very rare occurrence these days. One very satisfied customer Thank you for sharing!
