Some may consider this too confessional for Facebook, but Robin Wiliams death is very pregnant on my mind and sometimes we just need to let in a little light. 15 years ago, in my mid-30s, I was diagnosed with depression. I take daily medication and have experienced a roller coaster of highs and lows through the years. Depression is a beast, and the more we lock it in a closet, the bigger it grows. It is not the sign of a weak mind, but one that has a certain sickness. So, there beast, I said it.
